In that shallow part of the sea
That streched over to the next island
I stayed afloat for hours
With my eyes closed
In that moment in the clear waters
I was one with the sea
As tranquil and at peace
And when I’ve reached
That much needed rest
And when my skin
Has been blessed
With the colour by the sun
I know I’m okay again
And ready to face the challenges ahead
